In Weplanify, the mobile app lets you report an incident from the field, with photos, then follow how it is handled. Managers handle the incidents of their sites from the same screen.

## Steps

1. On the home screen, tap **Report**, or the **Incident** card under **Make a request** in **Forms**.
2. Write **What happened**, choose the **Category** and the **Severity**. The **Site** of the day and the time (**When**) are already filled in: change them if needed.
3. Add up to six **Photos** (**Take a photo** or **Gallery**), then tap **Send the report**. The incident opens with its follow-up.
4. To find your incidents again, tap **Incidents** on the home screen, or **My reports** under **Make a request** in **Forms**. **My reports** sorts them into **In progress** and **Done**; if a manager assigned you an incident, the **Assigned to me** tab shows it: resolve it once the problem is fixed.
5. Manager: the banner of incidents to handle, on the home screen, opens **To handle**. Open an incident, tap **Take charge** and confirm, then **Resolve** (a note, a photo if needed) or **Close without action** (a reason).

## Good to know

- The home banner also shows for the person an incident is assigned to: it opens **Assigned to me**.
- Without network, the report stays on the screen: send it again as soon as the connection is back.
- If the company asks for the position, the app attaches it to the report.
- The **Follow-up and discussion** thread lets you write to the reporter or the manager.
- Assigning an incident, editing it or reopening it is done on the web: [take charge or assign](https://weplanify.io/docs/formulaires.incidents.prendre-en-charge?lang=en).
