# Clock in your site's employees (timekeeper)

In Weplanify, a timekeeper fills in their site's attendance sheet from their phone, for employees who don't clock in themselves.

## Steps

1. Open **Settings → Manual attendance**.
2. Choose the site and date: the list of expected employees appears with the number left to clock in.
3. Tap **Present** or **Absent** for each, or **All present**; adjust the time if needed.
4. Tap **Save**.
