In Weplanify, the **Payslips** step computes payslips with the rules of each employee's country and shows them next to the list.

## Steps

1. In the monthly payroll, open the **Payslips** step.
2. Read the totals: payroll, net to pay, employer charges, headcount, and the change from last month.
3. Click an employee: their payslip opens, with paid days, amounts and the change from last month.
4. Click **Recompute** after a correction, **Download** for the PDF, or **Approve** when it is right; the arrows move to the next one.
5. To print everything, click **Print payslips** at the top of the page: one single PDF.

## Good to know

- Taxes and contributions follow the rules of the branch's country: they vary from one country to another.
- A payslip that is not approved is closed as it is; only payslips that are not closed can be recomputed.
- After [closing](https://weplanify.io/docs/paie.cloture?lang=en), payslips are locked and employees find them in their [app](https://weplanify.io/docs/application-mobile.documents?lang=en).
