# The planning's workspaces

> In Weplanify, a workspace is a separate planning, per department or per site, with its own members, its own schedules and its own set of teams.

In Weplanify, the **Work schedule** space (Global badge) exists by default. Create others to keep a separate planning, for example for security guards.

## Steps

1. Click the planning's name, at the top next to Week / Month, then **New**.
2. **Information**: a name (for example "Warehouse security"), a description, and the [groups](https://weplanify.io/docs/employes.groupes?lang=en) that can access it. Then **Next**.
3. **Schedules**: the space's [schedules](https://weplanify.io/docs/planning.horaires?lang=en) (Morning, Evening, Night).
4. **Teams**: the space's [teams](https://weplanify.io/docs/planning.equipes-et-rotations?lang=en), then finish.

## Good to know

- Without a group, only administrators see the space.
- The same menu switches from one space to another; the default space cannot be deleted.
