# Export the planning to PDF

> In Weplanify, download the planning shown as a PDF, in compact initials or in full hours, to put it up in the break room or to send it around.

In Weplanify, the PDF shows exactly what is displayed: the period, the filters and the sites.

## Steps

1. Click the **Download the planning** icon, at the top right.
2. Choose **Initials mode** (M, D, E…) for a compact table, or **Schedule mode** for full hours.
3. Turn on **Show totals** if needed, then click **Generate PDF**.

## Good to know

- Set the [filters](https://weplanify.io/docs/planning.filtres?lang=en) first to print only one site or group.
- In month view, the PDF covers the whole month ([views](https://weplanify.io/docs/planning.vues?lang=en)).
- The initials come from the [schedules](https://weplanify.io/docs/planning.horaires?lang=en).
