# Filter and sort the planning

> In Weplanify, show only the site, group or job you care about, choose what the slots display, and then sort the employees in the order you need.

In Weplanify, the **Filters** button, next to the dates, opens the planning's filter bar.

## Steps

1. **Sites**: keep only one or several sites; **Employees…**: search for a person.
2. **Groups, job and display**: **Filter by group**, choose **Jobs**, **Show only planned employees**.
3. In the same menu, **Display**: tick what the slots show (job, site, job colours, your fields).
4. Sort with the arrow of the **Employee** column: name, schedule, job or site. **Reset** clears everything.
