> In Weplanify, the Time entries screen shows, day by day, each employee's arrival and exit against what was planned, and what is left to fix.

In Weplanify, the **Time entries** screen (**Time** menu) compares, for each employee, the **Planned** time from the schedule with their real **Arrival** and **Exit**.

## Steps

1. Employees clock in from the [mobile app](https://weplanify.io/docs/application-mobile.pointer?lang=en): QR code, geolocation or facial recognition ([clock-in methods](https://weplanify.io/docs/pointage.modes-de-pointage?lang=en)).
2. Choose the day and the tab: [present, late, no exit, absent, rest day](https://weplanify.io/docs/pointage.liste-du-jour?lang=en).
3. Click a row for the [day's detail](https://weplanify.io/docs/pointage.detail-journalier?lang=en), and [fix](https://weplanify.io/docs/pointage.corriger-un-pointage?lang=en) what needs fixing.
4. For a forgotten clock-in or a team without phones: **Manual clock-in** ([manual entry](https://weplanify.io/docs/pointage.saisie-manuelle?lang=en)).
5. For the whole month: **Monthly report** ([time clock report](https://weplanify.io/docs/pointage.rapport?lang=en)).

## Good to know

- The [planning](https://weplanify.io/docs/planning?lang=en) says who is expected and when; without a slot, the hours on the record apply ([how lateness and overtime are computed](https://weplanify.io/docs/pointage.calculs?lang=en)).
- Time entries feed the [monthly payroll](https://weplanify.io/docs/paie.presence?lang=en): a day without an exit counts as 0 h until it is fixed.
