# An employee's dashboard

> In Weplanify, an employee invited to the web sees their own dashboard: their leave balance, their next absence and the follow-up of this year's requests.

In Weplanify, an employee who signs in on the web sees a personal dashboard, limited to their own data.

## What they find there

- **Leave balance**: the days left, with the days earned and taken (see [leave balances](https://weplanify.io/docs/absences.soldes-de-conges?lang=en)).
- **Next absence**: its dates and type, marked "waiting for approval" if it is not accepted yet.
- **Pending requests** and **Approved requests** since January 1, with the number of requests declined this year.
