# Understand the dashboard figures

> In Weplanify, the four cards at the top of the dashboard sum up the period: headcount, hours, absenteeism, or today's attendance and requests to approve.

In Weplanify, the figures at the top of the dashboard depend on your access: with payroll access, they cover the chosen period; without it, they cover today and this week.

## With payroll access

- **Headcount**: active employees, with the period's hires and departures.
- **Hours worked** and **Overtime**: see [hours worked and planned hours](https://weplanify.io/docs/tableau-de-bord.pointage-vs-planning?lang=en).
- **Absenteeism**: the share of time lost to absences, with the number of days of absence, including unjustified ones.

## Without payroll access

- **Present today**: arrived out of expected, with late arrivals, those not clocked in and those due later today.
- **Away this week**, **To approve** (including those waiting for more than 2 days) and **Documents to renew**.

## Good to know
