# Print the clock-in QR code

> In Weplanify, print from the dashboard the clock-in QR code poster, to put up at the site entrance so that employees can clock in with their phone.

In Weplanify, the clock-in QR code is displayed at the site entrance: employees scan it with the mobile app to clock their arrival and departure.

## Steps

1. On the dashboard, go to the bottom of the **Attendance today** card.
2. Click **Print the poster**: the "Staff clock-in" poster opens, ready to print. **Download** saves the same PDF.
3. Put it up at the entrance or reception of the site.
4. Employees scan it with the [mobile app](https://weplanify.io/docs/application-mobile.pointer?lang=en).

## Good to know

- It is a single QR code for the whole company; the site recorded depends on the employee and their schedule.
