HOW TO READ AND UNDERSTAND THE DASHBOARD DOCUMENT

The Dashboard is the home page of the Documents module. It gives you an instant overview of your organisation’s document status, without having to navigate through every folder or employee profile.

Indicateurs et sections du tableau de bord

The dashboard provides an overview of documents across the entire organisation: statistics, alerts and recent additions.

At the top of the dashboard, you can also see:

  • Total documents (the total number of files uploaded to the platform by all employees).
  • Expired documents (documents whose validity period has expired; you can renew them).
  • Documents that are about to expire.
  • Active document collection campaigns (number of document collection campaigns currently underway with employees).

Below the indicators, three panels give you access to priority information:

  • Urgent documents

This section lists documents whose expiry date is approaching. Each row displays the file name accompanied by an orange “Expiring soon” badge. Click on View all to access the full list of urgent documents.

  • Latest additions

This panel displays the documents most recently uploaded to the platform, showing their names and the time elapsed since upload. It allows you to quickly check that the latest additions have been successfully saved.

  • Active collections

This panel displays the collection campaigns currently in progress. If no collections are active, the message “No active collections” appears. Click on View all to access the full list of collections.

Tip: check the dashboard every week to plan for renewals and maintain your organisation’s document compliance.
