Sign up in just a few steps
Go to weplanify.io and click on ‘Sign up’ to create your account on the platform. You only need three pieces of information to complete your registration: a valid email address, a secure password, then click on the ‘Create my account’ button

Customise the platform
General information
Enter your organisation’s basic details: your company’s official or trading name, the country of operation (which affects regional settings), your role (director, HR manager, manager, etc.), your exact job title, your phone number for notifications, and your organisation’s main sector of activity.
Role configuration
WePlanify offers a list of predefined roles tailored to your sector. You can easily customise this: click on ‘+Add’ to include a role not on the list, or on the cross next to an existing role to remove it.
Working hours
Set the standard working hours, which will form the basis for your schedules and attendance tracking : the start time (e.g. 08:00), the end time (e.g. 17:00) and the break duration to be deducted from actual working time (e.g. 1 hour). If your business operates in shifts (morning, afternoon, night), you can add multiple time slots. Once everything is set up, click on ‘Create my business’ — your workspace is now up and running.
3. How do I log in to my account?
Access your workspace and explore the dashboard
On weplanify.io, logging in is a three-step process: enter the email address used during registration, enter your password, then click on “Log in” and WePlanify will automatically redirect you to your main dashboard. Go to weplanify.io and click on “Sign up” to create your account on the platform. You only need three pieces of information to complete your registration: a valid email address, a secure password, and then click on the “Sign in” button. Keep your login details safe — you’ll need them for all future logins.
