Vacation time, certificates, payslips : everything is now done automatically, in just a few clicks. A real step forward.
But the promise that keeps coming up: "HR will finally be able to focus on people" often remains an intention, not a plan.
Because freeing up time doesn't automatically create presence. You can very well have fewer administrative tasks and still be chasing after other emergencies that have simply taken their place.
The tool doesn't decide what we do with that time. We decide.
So perhaps the real question isn't "what to automate this year," but "what do we really plan to do with this newfound time?"
