The main issue
Weplanify is not a standalone mobile application.
It operates within a structured ecosystem:
- The web platform is used to create and configure the company
- The mobile application is reserved for employees who have already been added and configured in the system
👉 This means that if the company has not been set up on the web platform, mobile access is not possible.
Why the login fails
The mobile login usually fails for one simple reason:
👉 The company has not yet been configured on the web platform
In practical terms, this means:
- The company account has not been created yet
- Employees have not been added to the system
- The internal structure has not been initialized
Without these steps, the mobile application cannot recognize the user.
The correct Weplanify onboarding flow
To avoid this issue, users must follow the correct setup process:
1. Create the company account on the web platform
The manager must:
- Go to the Weplanify web platform
- Create an admin account
- Initialize the company workspace
👉 This is the mandatory starting point
2. Configure the company structure
After creating the account, the manager should:
- Define teams or departments
- Organize the internal structure
- Set up planning and management rules
3. Add employees
Next:
- Employees are added into the system
- Roles and permissions are assigned
- Their access becomes active
4. Access the mobile application
Once the setup is complete:
- Employees can download the mobile app
- They can log in with their credentials
- Access is automatically enabled
Important reminders
⚠️ The Weplanify mobile app does NOT allow company creation
⚠️ It does NOT initialize a business account
⚠️ It is only a tool for employees who are already configured in the system
Common mistakes
❌ Case 1: Installing the app before web setup
➡️ Result: login fails
❌ Case 2: Trying to log in without being added as an employee
➡️ Result: user not recognized
❌ Case 3: Managers testing the mobile app directly
➡️ Result: access denied because the company does not exist yet
The Weplanify mobile application is an extension of the web platform, not a starting point.
The correct rule is simple:
👉 First web configuration, then mobile usage
Once this process is respected, the experience becomes smooth and seamless for all employees.
