What the site keeps in your browser

• weplanify-lang

  Your display language, French or English. It is sent nowhere.

  A copy of the menu links (articles and guides), so they are not reloaded on every page. No personal data.

• firebase-heartbeat-database

  Created by the Firebase library (Google). It records the days of use and the library versions, a technical record Firebase attaches to its exchanges with Google. No personal identifier.

• firebaseLocalStorageDb

  Created by Firebase Authentication. For a visitor, it stays empty: it is only used to keep the site’s administrators signed in.

  Only for the site’s administrators: indicates that an admin session is open.

What the site loads from other services

• Google Fonts

  The site’s fonts. No cookies, but Google receives your IP address when your browser downloads the fonts.

• Firebase (Google)

  Articles, documentation, their images, and sending the trial form.

• Cloudflare

  All the site’s traffic goes through Cloudflare. On an ordinary visit, it sets no cookies. If it puts your browser through an anti-bot check, it may set a technical cookie remembering that the check was passed.

• YouTube and Vimeo

  When an article contains a video, its player comes from YouTube, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), or from Vimeo. These services may set their own cookies or data, under their own rules.

Your choices

You can clear all of this at any time in your browser settings (site data). The site keeps working: it simply shows in French until you pick another language.

What about the application?

This page covers the weplanify.io website. The app.weplanify.io application, for clients only, keeps its users’ sign-in session in the browser, like any service that requires signing in. It contains no audience measurement or advertising tools either. What it processes is described in the privacy policy.
