The on-call rota turns. Payroll follows on its own.
A pharmacy or a care facility never closes. Night shifts, Sundays, public holidays: exactly the hours that are hardest to count, and most expensive to count wrong.

Today’s schedule
08:00 → 20:00
Sunday duty, premium rate
Clock-in recorded
07:56
QR posted at the counter
The span to cover, with no gap in the rota
Night, Sunday, public holiday, overtime
The schedule; everything else follows
What is stuck today
Three hours lost every month, and a doubt that stays
The rota on the wall
The on-call week is redrawn by hand every month, on a board nobody else can read.
Nights counted again
At payroll, someone goes through the shifts one by one to apply premiums. A mistake goes unnoticed.
The swap that never arrives
A shift swapped between two colleagues never reaches payroll, and turns into a claim.
The on-call rota
The wall board, kept by the platform
Nights, Sundays and holidays separated from the grid onwards. A shift swap is dragged from one person to another, and the trail stays.
The on-call schedule
The wall rota, kept by the platform
The typical week is saved once: every week opens already filled and you only handle exceptions. A shift swap is dragged from one person to another, and the trail stays.

The month’s payroll
A review, not a recount

Getting started
We start from last week’s schedule
Week 1: we set you up
Your teams, your positions, your on-call hours. Nothing to build, nothing to configure alone.
Week 2: the team clocks in
The QR code goes up; a five-minute explanation is enough.
Month end: the first payroll
We run it with you, beside your current method. You compare, then you decide.
Then: cost per department
Counter, night on-call, administration: each carries its real cost, salaries included.
« I used to spend my Fridays recounting on-call hours. Now I just read a screen. »
The modules involved

Send us last week’s schedule: we build it and show it to you in thirty minutes.
