Questions

What is the difference between category wage and sursalaire?

The category wage is the minimum your sector's grid sets for the category, under the interprofessional collective agreement. The sursalaire is the agreed part above it. The seniority bonus is computed on the category wage only.

How are ITS shares counted?

One share for a single person, two for a married person. A single or divorced person with children has one and a half. Add half a share per dependent child; a widowed person with children counts as married. 5 shares at most.

How much does the CMU cost?

1,000 F per person per month, half paid by the employee, half by the employer. It covers the employee, a spouse without income and up to 6 children; from the 7th child on, the employee pays 1,000 F per child.

These calculations, every month, for the whole team.
