Questions

What is the difference between base salary and sursalaire?

The base salary is the minimum the branch collective agreement sets for the category. The sursalaire is the agreed part above it. The seniority bonus is computed on the base salary only.

How are tax shares counted?

One share for a single person, one and a half for a married person, half a share per dependent child, half a share more when only one spouse has an income, 5 shares at most (General Tax Code, art. 174).

Does the calculator include overtime?

No: it simulates a full month without variable items. Overtime premiums are detailed in our payslip guide.

These calculations, every month, for the whole team.
