Scheduling · time tracking · payroll · cost per site
You schedule. Your teams clock in. Payroll follows.
No hardware, up and running in minutes.
You build the schedule, everyone gets it on their phone and clocks in on-site. You see who is there, and the month’s payroll is calculated from those hours.
No card required · set up with you · first payroll alongside your current method

On duty right now09:14
Different trades, the same gesture every morning.
Everyone clocks in where they work, on their own phone. You see who is on duty without calling the site. Scheduling, payroll and cost start from there.
The system
One entry. Everything else follows.
Plan
The typical week repeats itself. You only handle exceptions, and the grid flags uncovered posts before publishing.
Clock in
A printed QR code, the employee’s phone, no hardware. Lateness is measured against the schedule, not a blanket rule.
Pay
One button fills the month from the clock-ins. Nights, Sundays and holidays arrive already premium-rated; advances deduct themselves.
Know
Each unit carries its real cost. The day worker who clocked in this morning is in the worksite’s cost tonight.
The schedule
The week opens already filled.
The week template is projected until something is entered. A shift swap is dragged from one person to another, and the trail stays.
Reality, then the payslip
Payroll becomes a review.
What was clocked becomes what is paid. Nobody recounts, nobody retypes, and the country’s rules apply on their own.
The days and night hours in this table come from the month’s clock-ins. A missed clock-in is fixed inline, and the correction keeps its reason and its author.
| Employee | Days | Night h | Net |
|---|---|---|---|
| Awa Ndiaye | 26 / 30 | – | 256 070 |
| Fatou Sow | 22 / 30 | – | 213 640 |
| Abdou Cissé | 25 / 30 | 36 h | 396 120 |
| Net payroll | 865 830 |

The path of one expense
Payroll is not the end of the chain. It is the middle.
What the field records passes through payroll without a single line being retyped. And what payroll produces does not stop at the payslip: it joins expenses and day-labour sheets to give each site its real cost. It is one diagram, not two.
Kept apart, these two diagrams give three exports to reconcile by hand. Put together, they give one number. That is the only reason to have everything in one place.
The field app
Your teams have no desk. They have a phone.
An officer on duty, a mason on a worksite, a cashier in a shop: none of them will walk to the office to sign a sheet or ask for a payslip. Everything that concerns them fits in the app, and everything they do there flows back into yours.

Clock in
QR posted at the station, geolocation, badge or face recognition. With no network, the clock-in waits and syncs on its own.
Request
Leave, an advance, a swap, with the attachment photographed on the spot and the step the request has reached.
HR requests →Look things up
This week’s schedule, this month’s payslip, their documents and the ones being asked of them. Without going through HR.
Report from the field
Site reports, incidents, photos, forms: as it happens, not the following Monday.
Incidents →And what it pays back
A site can lose money for a whole quarter without anyone seeing it.
Because schedules, payroll and expenses live in one place, real cost stops being a year-end report: it is a screen, current, unit by unit.
| Unit | Revenue | Real cost | Margin |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dakar Plateau branch | 650 000 | 402 500 | +247 500 |
| Rufisque depot | 1 850 000 | 1 320 000 | +530 000 |
| Diamniadio worksite | 1 200 000 | 1 348 000 | −148 000 |
| Thiès branch | 980 000 | 716 000 | +264 000 |
Real cost = salaries pro-rated on schedules + the unit’s expenses. Amounts in FCFA.
Seven trades
The same foundation, your constraint.
- Pharmacies & clinicsNight duty, Sundays, public holidays: paid without recounting.
- Security servicesDozens of sites, 12-hour shifts: the empty post shows up before the client calls.
- Construction & day labourDay labourers clocked and paid with a trail, inside the worksite cost.
- CleaningThree sites a day; “nobody came” can be checked.
- Restaurants & hotelsTwo services a day, extras called the night before: the real cost of the floor.
- Industry & factoriesNight premiums, shift bonuses, Sunday handovers: calculated.
- Transport & logisticsSpread is not hours worked: the cost of a route, right at last.

What to check before trusting us with your teams.
Who can see salaries?
Administrators with payroll access. A manager only sees their own teams, in the modules opened to them. Lost phone: access is cut, the history stays. Who sees what →
Who sees what →And staff without a smartphone?
A phone at the entrance becomes a terminal: each person shows their QR badge or their face. Or the site supervisor clocks in the team. With no data, the clock-in waits for the network. The clock-in terminal →
The clock-in terminal →An attendance report for your clients?
Each site is linked to its client. The monthly report filters by site (hours worked and planned, lateness, absences, day by day) and exports to Excel. The monthly report →
The monthly report →And your current records?
Employees, contracts and sites import from Excel, and the year’s payroll totals are carried over. Payroll kept elsewhere? It gets the attendance report in Excel. The Excel import →

Frequently asked questions
Do we need hardware to clock in?
No. A printed QR code is enough: the employee clocks in with their phone. Face recognition and terminals exist if you want them, but nothing is required to start.
How long does it take to start?
A few minutes to create the account, post the QR code and have a first team clock in. The rest (your sites, your hours, your payroll rules) is configured with you, and the first payroll runs alongside your current method: you compare before switching.
Our payroll rules are unusual. Can you handle them?
Rules are configured per country and per agreement: contributions, brackets, ceilings, premiums, exemptions. Nothing is frozen in the code. Your country is not configured yet? We do it for you: your payroll runs within two weeks of signing up.
Does this replace my accountant?
No, and that is not the point. We produce clean, exportable figures: steering stays with you, bookkeeping with them.
