Forms · Evaluations
No more trial periods that end without anyone deciding.
The end-of-trial evaluation creates itself before the deadline. The manager fills it in, HR decides, the employee reads and signs. Annual reviews follow the same path, as campaigns, with reminders for those who are late.
At the end of a trial: confirm, renew the trial or end it
Before the trial ends: the default lead time to create the evaluation, which you can change
Signing means the employee has read their evaluation, not that they agree
On the ground, today
The trial ends on a Friday, and you notice on Monday
Forgotten deadlines
Nobody keeps the calendar of trial end dates. By the time someone thinks of it, the deadline to renew has already passed.
Annual reviews that drag on
The form goes round on paper or as an attachment. By March, nobody knows who has done theirs and who never will.
No record of what the employee read
The evaluation stays in a drawer. Six months later, the employee says they never saw it, and nothing proves otherwise.
How it works
From the trial end spotted to the signed copy
Two kinds of campaign, “End of trial period” and “Annual review”, with three ready questionnaires: trial, annual and end of assignment. Ratings go from 1 to 5.
The trial end spotted
Every morning, the trial-period follow-up creates the evaluation of those whose trial ends soon, following your country’s rules, Senegal or Ivory Coast.
The manager fills it in
By default, the evaluator is the employee’s manager. They rate, comment and recommend: confirm, renew the trial or end it.
HR decides
Renewing updates the contract date. Ending prepares the departure with the reason already chosen. Confirming offers to create the permanent contract.
Annual campaigns
Everyone, a site or a group. Those with no manager are flagged before launch, and you can evaluate them yourself.
Reminders
Seven days and two days before the deadline, then the day after if nothing is done. And “Remind the late ones” in one click.
The employee reads and signs
They add a comment if they wish, tick “I have read this document” and sign. The signed copy goes into their documents.
The screens
A campaign under way, and a trial end to decide
Each evaluation has a state that says what is expected: “To do”, “Late”, “To decide”, “To review”, “To sign”, “Signed”, “Not signed” or “Cancelled”.
| Employee | Evaluator | Rating | State |
|---|---|---|---|
| Seynabou Gning | Modou Sène | 4.2 / 5 | signed |
| Lamine Diatta | Modou Sène | 3.6 / 5 | to sign |
| Astou Mbengue | Codou Faye | – | to do |
| Ousseynou Badji | Codou Faye | – | late |
The average is that of the questionnaire’s ratings out of 5. The latest rating and previous evaluations stay on the employee’s record.

By the employee
If the notice deadline has passed, a renewal needs the employee’s agreement: she gives it by signing.
The employee and the office
The employee reads and signs in their space, the office follows progress
Employee side
Their evaluation, in “My evaluation”
- Read, then sign. They open their evaluation, read it in full, tick “I have read this document” and sign.
- Say what they think. An optional comment, kept with the evaluation.
- Refuse to sign, with a reason. The evaluation then moves to “Not signed”, and the reason stays on file.
At the office
Managers and HR
- Each evaluator sees their own. With their deadline, and reminders if they are late.
- An HR review, if you want one. An option sends the evaluation through HR before it reaches the employee.
- Trial-period alerts. HR is warned two days before the deadline to renew, then on the last day.
What we do not claim to do
No 360° review, no self-assessment, no objective tracking
The manager fills in the evaluation; the employee reads it, comments on it and signs it, they do not assess themselves. Objectives are written in plain words in the questionnaire and come back at the next review, but they are not tracked during the year. And the rating does not touch pay: a raise remains a decision you make elsewhere.
The modules that go with it
Let the next trial end come to you.
Fill in the current contracts: evaluations will be created before each deadline.
