Forms · Recruitment
Candidates who arrive in one place, and whom the whole team follows until hiring.
An offer is published with its application page. Candidates apply from their phone, with no account. You move them from stage to stage, invite them to an interview, and “Hire” opens their employee record already filled in.
Offered at the start, from “New” to “Hired” or “Rejected”, which you rename and extend
The candidate fills in the offer’s page and attaches their CV, nothing else to install
The interview invitation goes out by e-mail with its calendar file, and lands in the interviewers’ agenda
On the ground, today
CVs arrive everywhere, and nobody knows who called whom back
Scattered applications
One CV by e-mail, another on the site manager’s phone, a third left at reception. When the time comes to choose, one is always missing.
Interviews that get lost
The time is set by phone, the colleague who was meant to come forgot it, and the candidate waits at the door.
Candidates left without an answer
Those who are not chosen never learn the decision. And the one who is chosen is typed again from scratch into the staff file.
How it works
From the published offer to the new employee’s record
The offer has five tabs: “Candidates”, “The offer”, “Application form”, “Stages” and “Publication”. The whole recruitment fits inside it.
Write the offer
Title, job, site, contract type, number of positions, deadline, description and profile sought. A “Before publishing” list shows what is missing.
Choose the questions
Name and phone are required, then e-mail, town, years of experience, availability date, CV and a few words about oneself. You adjust the list.
Publish and share the link
Copy the link, send it by e-mail, print a poster with its QR code. Once the deadline has passed or the offer is closed, the link accepts no more applications.
Sort by stage
One column per stage, with its number of candidates. Search by name, e-mail, phone or answer, filter by date received, and drag a card from one column to the next.
Invite to an interview
Day, time, length, on site or by video, and the colleagues attending. The candidate gets the invitation by e-mail, the colleagues find it in their agenda.
Decide, then hire
After the interview, a report. Those who are not chosen get a polite message, if you send it. “Hire” opens the new employee’s record already filled in.
The screens
An offer’s candidates, and a scheduled interview
Each candidate has their own record: their answers, their CV, the history of their stages and the team’s notes. A candidate whose phone or e-mail matches an existing employee is flagged.
| Candidate | Experience | Received | Stage |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mariama Sarr | 4 years | 29/09 | offer |
| Babacar Faye | 2 years | 30/09 | interview |
| Ndèye Coumba Diallo | 6 years | 02/10 | interview |
| Alioune Thiam | 1 year | 05/10 | shortlist |
| Rokhaya Ndoye | 3 years | 08/10 | new |
You tick several candidates to move them to a stage or reject them in one go.

The phone and the office
The candidate applies from their phone, the team sorts from the office
On the phone
The candidate, then the interviewers
- One page, no account. The candidate opens the link or scans the poster, answers the questions and attaches their CV.
- The invitation by e-mail. If they left an address, they receive the day, the time, the place or the video link, with the file to add to their calendar.
- Interviewers notified. The colleagues invited to the interview get a notification, and another one if it is moved or cancelled.
At the office
The offer, its candidates and its decisions
- One column per stage. Search and filters on top, 25 candidates per page in each column: you see at a glance where each stage stands.
- Team notes. Visible to the team following the offer, never to the candidate.
- A polite rejection, on one click. The message is read and edited, then goes out by e-mail only when you click “Reject and send the message”.
What we do not claim to do
No ranking by algorithm, no posting to job boards
Candidates get no automatic score and no ranking: someone on your side reads each application and moves it forward. The offer is not posted to job boards on its own: you share its link, by e-mail, on your networks or with a poster. And the interview goes into the Weplanify agenda, not into a Google or Outlook calendar: the file attached to the e-mail is there to add it.
The modules that go with it
Publish a first offer and share its link.
The first applications land on the same page as the ones that follow.
