Features
Seven modules, one set of data.
An assignment becomes attendance, attendance becomes a payslip, a payslip becomes site cost. Each module stands alone, but none redoes the previous one’s work.
Scheduling
A schedule is not a shared calendar. It is where you decide who works, where, and at what time. Payroll and costs then start from there, in Weplanify or in the payroll tool you already use.
Time tracking
Clocking in is only useful when it is compared to the schedule. Lateness only exists relative to a planned shift, and a night shift is not lateness.
Leave & absence
Most entries do not come from an administrator typing them in: they come from a request made by the employee. The screen is there to approve first, to archive second.
Documents
A document is not “an employee file”. It attaches to whatever you need (an employee, a contract, a task, a clock-in), and you find it where you need it.
Payroll
Payroll is not a screen, it is a five-step cycle: time and absences, variable items, checks, payslips, closing and payment. One open payroll at a time: you never work on two months in parallel.
Day labour
Day labour goes through neither contracts nor payslips. It has its own register and its own settlement cycle, paid by the day.
Cost per unit
This is why the platform exists. Because schedules, payroll and expenses live in one place, real cost stops being a month-end calculation.
Multi-country payroll
A compliant payslip, in every country.
Contributions, tax brackets, ceilings and statutory wording belong to the country, not to the code. Open a subsidiary elsewhere: you change rule sets, not tools.
