Understand the dashboard figures
In Weplanify, the four cards at the top of the dashboard sum up the period: headcount, hours, absenteeism, or today's attendance and requests to approve.
In Weplanify, the figures at the top of the dashboard depend on your access: with payroll access, they cover the chosen period; without it, they cover today and this week.

With payroll access
- Headcount: active employees, with the period's hires and departures.
- Hours worked and Overtime: see hours worked and planned hours.
- Absenteeism: the share of time lost to absences, with the number of days of absence, including unjustified ones.
Without payroll access
- Present today: arrived out of expected, with late arrivals, those not clocked in and those due later today.
- Away this week, To approve (including those waiting for more than 2 days) and Documents to renew.
Good to know
- The small change next to a figure compares it with the previous period.
- Each card opens with a click: the employee list, the time clock report, the absence report…
