Print the clock-in QR code
In Weplanify, print from the dashboard the clock-in QR code poster, to put up at the site entrance so that employees can clock in with their phone.
In Weplanify, the clock-in QR code is displayed at the site entrance: employees scan it with the mobile app to clock their arrival and departure.
Steps
- On the dashboard, go to the bottom of the Attendance today card.
- Click Print the poster: the "Staff clock-in" poster opens, ready to print. Download saves the same PDF.
- Put it up at the entrance or reception of the site.
- Employees scan it with the mobile app.

- It is a single QR code for the whole company; the site recorded depends on the employee and their schedule.
