An employee's dashboard
In Weplanify, an employee invited to the web sees their own dashboard: their leave balance, their next absence and the follow-up of this year's requests.
In Weplanify, an employee who signs in on the web sees a personal dashboard, limited to their own data.
What they find there
- Leave balance: the days left, with the days earned and taken (see leave balances).
- Next absence: its dates and type, marked "waiting for approval" if it is not accepted yet.
- Pending requests and Approved requests since January 1, with the number of requests declined this year.
Good to know
- Each card opens their absences or their requests with a click.
- For an employee to access the web, invite them from their record.
- Day to day, employees mostly use the mobile app.
