View your schedule on mobile

See your week in the Weplanify app: hours, break, position and location for each day, and your shift's task list.

Steps

  1. On the home screen, tap Schedule.
  2. Choose a day of the week: hours, break, position and work location appear.
  3. Expand a shift to see its tasks and tick them off during the day.

Good to know

  • Only the published schedule is visible.
  • A notification tells the employee when their schedule changes, and a reminder arrives before their shift.
  • Tasks come from the shift's To do list (shift).
