See who uses the app and cut someone's access
In Weplanify, see for each employee whether they use the mobile app, send them the link, or cut their access without touching their record at all.
In Weplanify, the App column of the employee list and the App card of the Access tab show who really uses the app.

Steps
- In Employees, filter with the App bar: All, Active, Never signed in, Quiet 30 days, Access cut.
- Open a record, Access tab: the App card gives the last sign-in and since when they have used the app.
- For an employee who never signed in, click Send the link on WhatsApp: they then sign in with their number.
- For a departure or a lost phone, click Cut access, then confirm; Restore access gives it back.

Good to know
- Cutting access blocks the app and the web from their next action; their record, planning and history do not change.
- An employee without a phone number cannot sign in: the list flags it.
- On the employee side: signing in to the app.
