Publish the planning
In Weplanify, publish the week so that your employees see their slots: as long as they are drafts, only the people managing the planning can see them.
In Weplanify, a new or edited slot is a draft (dotted border). Next to the dates, the status reads "Draft, not yet visible to employees" or "Published".

Steps
- Review the week and its drafts.
- Click Publish … slots, at the top right: the button only shows while drafts remain.
- If alerts show (understaffing), fix them then publish again if needed.
Good to know
- Each employee concerned is notified and sees their planning in the mobile app.
- In month view, Publish covers the whole month shown. Publishing follows the current filters (sites, groups).
- Staffing targets are checked at that moment.
